Microsoft Outlook 2000 - Outlook Express 5
Setup a new E-Mail account.
Setup a new E-Mail account with Microsoft Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express 5. Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express will handle more than one account. Outlook 2000 can also manage your contacts and appointments. It's a great choice if you need all three in one location. If you already have an E-mail account in either Outlook, don't worry, these instructions will work and will not alter your existing account.
First start MS Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express 5. Pull down the Tools menu and select Accounts.
Click on the Mail tab, click the Add button on the right and click Mail.
Type your name and click the Next button.
Type your E-Mail address. Click the Next button.
Type the E-Mail Server Names...
POP3: pop.pshift.com
SMTP: smtp.pshift.com
Click the Next button.
Type in your E-Mail User or Logon Name, click the Next button.
Select how you will connect, most likely through your phone line. Click the Next Button.
Choose your connection to the Internet. Click the Next button.
Click the Finish button!
